Communication Officer

Job Type: Full-time Location: Naivasha We are currently seeking a skilled Communication Officer to join our team. As the Communication Officer, you will develop and implement communication strategies that promote our company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication plans and strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
  • : Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and other publications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and dissemination of information .
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the impact of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly .
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other activities that promote the company's brand and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a communication-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of communication tools and platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design and Photoshop, is a plus.
